I work with beginners, intermediate, and professional level individuals, and I specialize in meal planning that supports real results and a healthy relationship with food.

Having coached in multiple countries, I bring a global perspective and diverse training techniques. My approach goes beyond workouts. Its about building confidence, sustainable habits, and creating a strong, supportive community.
